Not really a charger.
Whatever this is, it's not a charger. What the photograph doesn't show you is that it has an end which is a USB D-type connector, NOT a cylindrical power connector. When you plug it in to a RoadMate 3000T it locks the GPS thinking you just plugged the GPS to a pc for a software update. The charging light on the 3000T stays off.
